"Bathing Girl"
I created this cake for a friend's little girl for her birthday who happened to like Barbie dolls. It was summer so I went for a beach theme. Everything is made of 'soft butter icing' here and the mother wanted some of the little silver candy balls on the cake because her daughter was always eating them. I made the little dog, beach ball, towel, shoes and sandcastle out of icing sugar. The doll's bathing suit is also made from icing sugar but the doll and the umbrella are not edible.
